Psoriasis International Network is a joint action of Fondation René Touraine and the EADV Psoriasis Task Force. This network fosters exchanges on psoriasis at the national level, as well as to facilitate international collaborations in the field of psoriasis.
The Psoriasis International Network in figures
The Network gathers at present representatives of some 95 countries. 49 countries are registered on the website www.psoriasis-international.org, counting 31 national psoriasis medical groups plus the 18 SOLAPSO (Latin American Psoriasis Society) countries. 40 patient associations and major patient federations (IFPA, EUROPSO and LATINAPSO) are also represented in the website. Some 4700 dermatologists all over the world receive our newsletter and Focus On.
PIN Symposium at EADV Congress in Amsterdam
The Psoriasis International Network Scientific Committee is organizing a symposium during the EADV Congress in Amsterdam this next October on the major issue of "Long term treatment safety and efficacy outcome in psoriasis". It will be held on Saturday, 11 October, 2014, from 8:00 to 9:30 - Location : Elicium 1.

World Directory of Psoriasis Medical Resources
An interactive world map directory based on the survey “World Listing of Psoriasis Medical Resources for Patients” (2013-2014). With this survey we have been identifying the different psoriasis services made available to patients (dedicated inpatient/outpatient facilities, available treatments, therapeutic education, etc.).
The results of the survey will serve as the base for building an easy-to-access interactive map directory at the service of GPs and patients from all over the world. This directory will be available soon (3rd quarter of 2014) within PIN’s website.
Psoriasis International Network - Worldwide Survey on the Usage of Methotrexate in the Treatment of Psoriasis
The results of the 2012 Psoriasis International Network’s (PIN) survey « Worldwide Survey on the Use of Methotrexate in the Treatment of Psoriasis » have been accepted for publication in the Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (JEADV). This survey, elaborated by Dr. Rolland Gyulai (University of Szeged, Hungary) in collaboration with the PIN Committee, counted with the participation of 481 dermatologists from 65 countries.
Renewal of the PIN Scientific Committee
In June 2014, the coordinators of the Psoriasis International Network Scientific Committee were renewed.
